Since inception the founder members who were highly dedicated to the noble cause of social upliftment of the people irrespective of caste, creed and religion devoted themselves with whatever small means they had at their disposal towards achieving the objectives for which the organization was set up. The main thrust was given for creating employment opportunities for the unemployed youths and empowerment of the poor women below the poverty line through engagement in income generating activities by providing necessary guidance and arranging for imparting necessary training in various trades. It was felt that such initiatives would result in self-employment and would generate a sustaining income for livelihood.
Being encouraged by the enthusiasm and initiatives taken by the members the local people came forward and extended their helping hand for implementing the aims and objects of this organization.
